What Should I Eat?
A little inspiration for your next meal.
Find your shortlist
Start with a shortlist of up to 8 meals. Choose All matching ideas to use the full matching list.
Preset meal ideas. Tags describe these versions; recipes and ingredients vary.
Changing a filter or wheel size replaces your edits and clears picks. Reload meal ideas restores the selected presets. Reset list restores your last applied list.
Make it your own
1–60 entries, up to 80 characters each. Blank lines are ignored. Repeated labels count as separate entries, increasing that label’s chance.
Applying options starts a fresh history. Reset restores your last applied list and clears results.
Your options and picks stay in this page’s memory. Leaving or refreshing clears them.

Start with 8 meal ideas on an easy-to-read wheel. Our full collection has 36 ideas: 12 breakfasts and 24 lunch or dinner options. Choose All matching ideas in Options to include every match. These are suggestions for named dishes, not recipes. Swap in meals you already enjoy or have ingredients for.
A few things before you eat.
What should I eat for dinner tonight?
Choose Dinner in Options, select a preference, and review the shortlist. Remove dishes that don't work for you before spinning. Lunch and dinner share the same preset ideas.
Can I add my own food choices?
Yes. Enter one per line and select Apply options. Blank lines are ignored; repeated lines are separate tickets. Custom entries are not classified or checked for dietary suitability. Reload meal ideas returns to the selected presets.
What if I remove every meal?
The wheel stops until you reset your list, apply new options, or reload meal ideas. You can also change the meal or preference to start a fresh shortlist.
Does this find restaurants near me?
No. This food picker offers meal ideas without using your location. You can enter restaurant names you already know, but we don't check opening hours, menus or availability.
Are vegetarian and vegan suggestions allergy-safe?
Dietary preferences are not allergy checks. The tags describe the named version of a dish; ingredients, substitutions and preparation vary. Check the actual ingredients yourself.
